1. Our policy
Subscriptions can be canceled anytime from Settings and remain active through the paid billing period. Full refunds are available within 14 days of initial subscription signup upon request to info@ai-primed.com. Standalone one-time audits and custom API batches are non-refundable once executed.
2. Cancelling
You can cancel a subscription anytime from Settings. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
3. How to request a refund
Email info@ai-primed.com with the subject "[Billing]" and the email address on your account. See also our Terms.
